Ons88 VIP members enjoy premium treatment and exclusive offers
For players who play consistently at ons88, our VIP program offers layers of rewards that go far beyond ordinary promotions. The program is designed to reward loyalty — the more you play, the higher your VIP tier, and the greater the rewards you receive.
There are five VIP levels at ons88: Green, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level unlocks additional benefits such as higher rebates, increased withdrawal limits, a personalised birthday bonus, a dedicated account manager, and invitations to exclusive events. Level upgrades happen automatically based on your cumulative wagering amount — no special application is required.
Diamond VIP members enjoy the most premium benefits: cashback of up to 15%, weekly rebate of 1.2%, unlimited withdrawal limits, early access to new games, and priority 24-hour customer service that responds in under a minute. This is not just a points program — it is genuine appreciation for players who have trusted ons88 as their primary platform.
One of the most common sources of confusion among new players is the concept of rollover or wagering requirement. Many players claim bonuses without fully understanding what needs to be done before bonus funds can be withdrawn — and this can lead to disappointment. At ons88, we believe that players who understand the game terms are players who enjoy a more satisfying experience.
Simply put, rollover refers to the total wagering amount you need to complete before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM500 before you can withdraw that bonus. It's important to understand that this refers to wagering — not losses — meaning every bet you place counts regardless of whether you win or lose.
At ons88, the rollover requirements are among the most competitive in the Malaysian market. The daily cashback bonus requires only a 1x rollover — meaning you barely need to do anything extra before using your cashback funds. The welcome bonus carries an 8x rollover, which is still far lower than other platforms that may impose requirements of 20x or higher.
Ons88 also places no restrictions on which games count toward rollover requirements. All games — including slots, live casino, baccarat, and sports betting — count in full for rollover purposes. This means you're free to play your favourite games without having to switch to games you enjoy less just to meet the bonus terms.
