Terms and Conditions ONS88 — Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering or using the ons88 platform, you fully agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the ons88 platform immediately.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and ons88 ("Platform"). This document is to be read together with the ons88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which together form a complete and integrated set of rules.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use ons88 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Not located in a region or country where online gambling activities are prohibited under local law.
• Not previously voluntarily or mandatorily excluded from any gambling platform.
• Registering in a personal capacity only — not as a representative of a company or other entity.
• Has never had an account closed by ons88 for fraud or breach of terms.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted one active account on ons88. Duplicate accounts that are detected will be closed without notice and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited. You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Notify ons88 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur, such as to your phone number, email, or address.

A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is required before your first withdrawal is approved. Documents that may be requested include proof of identity, proof of address, and a recent bank statement. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect the security of your account.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

ONS88 supports a wide range of deposit methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, local bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account in under three minutes.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Each deposit must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• ONS88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your ons88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, to ensure the security of your funds.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within one to three business days depending on the chosen method.
• If there is an active bonus in your account, the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be approved.

ONS88 reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits, as part of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures we adhere to.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by ons88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer. In general:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (e.g. 20x) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer, unless otherwise stated.
• ONS88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the system.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or directly converted to cash.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotion's terms — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

7 Game & Betting Rules

All games on the ons88 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by internationally recognised certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be reversed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, ons88 will restore the account to its balance prior to the start of that game if a fair resolution cannot be reached.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as displayed within each game.
• Ons88 reserves the right to void any wager found to have been placed based on insider information, system exploitation, or obvious pricing errors.

8 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all ons88 members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or engaging in any form of money laundering.
• Opening an account in another person's name or using a false identity.
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or harmful content on ons88's communication platforms.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

ONS88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions or any other ons88 policy.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ons88 customer support team. Any valid cash balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ons88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ons88's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Financial losses incurred during legitimate gaming activity.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Decisions made based on information provided by third parties.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ONS88 takes every member's privacy seriously. Personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the detailed ons88 Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Your information may be shared with regulatory bodies or legal authorities when required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

12 Terms and Conditions Amendment

ONS88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior consent from members. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notifications.

It is each member's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable rules. Continued use of the ons88 platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
